WALK TO HIDDEN PARADISE, RIO LAGARTOS, YUCATAN MEXICO

Rio Lagartos is the name of a stream in a protected environmental reserve . It is a semi-enclosed body of water, connected to the Gulf of Mexico on its western part , with input of fresh water from springs and outcrops in Peninsular water table. Currently the far east of the estuary is closed . The estuary is located on the coast of Yucatan three municipalities : San Felipe , Rio Lagartos and Tizimín .
