One
 of the states largest land area in Mexico has beautiful deserts and 
forests and is characterized by the progressive attitude of its people. Formed by 6 main regions, Coahuila offers in each particular 
attraction where history, culture and
 nature are integrated to the joy 
and amazement of visitors, these regions are Carboniferous, Center, 
Desert, Laguna, North and South.
Cuatro CienegasProtected by 6 higher elevations of Coahuila topography, the valley of Cuatro Cienegas is testimony to the history of the world.
The
 desert landscape gives rise to two major contradictions, as they are, 
find 500 bodies of water, including 200 ponds and lakes and rivers rest.
 As well as finding gypsum dunes instead of the typical silica dunes own deserts.
The pools that have given him worldwide fame are the Poza Azul and Poza de la Tortuga. The

La
 Poza de la Becerra is one of the largest and most important gaps in the
 famous region of Valle de Cuatro Cienegas, a paradise in the middle of 
the salt desert. Worthily represents this group that reaches over 200 ponds or water holes. Site
 that has been explored by experts from multiple disciplines, this 
magical place is home to endemic and unique species in the world, as 
Mojarra Cuatro Cienegas, the Fish Puppy, Puppy of the Cuatro Cienegas 
and hinge turtle. This area has been the subject of reports published by the prestigious National Geographic Magazine.
SIERRA DE Arteaga
Fresh
 pine and oak forests that grow in the mountains that form the Sierra de
 Arteaga are the setting for those who want to relax from the hustle of 
daily life in a comfortable log cabin or practicing skiing on a mountain
 of artificial snow, only throughout Mexico. And the Forest Monterreal is a major tourist attraction for both 
foreign nationals who live in the areas around the town of Arteaga.
You can also go mountain biking, hiking the marked trails or enjoy a good roast beef grills are there in each cabin.
In addition, the Sierra de Arteaga is recognized by the wonderful view
 offered by canyons formed therein, as the San Lorenzo Canyon.
PARRAS
Also
 known as the Oasis of Coahuila thanks to the numerous water bodies 
located within their limits and numerous trees that provide shade 
peaceful inhabitants; Parras boasts of being home to the home country's most famous wines, Casa Madero.
The winemaking tradition is thus part of the history of Parras source

corners of the country.
CASA MADERO
In the same region of Parras de la Fuente, Casa Madero holds the honor of being the first American house wine. Since
 it was founded in 1597 by Don Lorenzo Garcia and industrialized by Don

excellence and quality of its products, which can be admired in the

CHURCH OF THE HOLY Madero
Located
 in Parras de la Fuente, on the Cerro del Sombreretillo, this formation 
of volcanic stone with unique appearance has a small chapel built in 
1868 by the Jesuit order arrived in this place. Since then, countless calls especially faithful arrive every May 3rd to celebrate the Patron Saint dances and pilgrimages.
BILBAO DUNES
A
 cluster of fine sand dunes that form mountainous ideal for movie sets

preparing meat coal and spend an evening unique in its enigmatic nightscape. This area belongs to the municipality of Viesca in Coahuila, about an hour from the Laguna Region.
