SALTILLO HISTORY AND TRADITIONS

Saltillo is the capital of the state of Coahuila de Zaragoza, founded from 435 years ago by two heritages of Spanish and Tlaxcalans, located north and south of the same state. Saltillo is full of history and traditions, considered ground blanket and bread pulque region.

Currently Saltillo features a large road infrastructure allowing easy movement in

the city.

With the rapid growth of the automotive industry, Saltillo has become one of the major cities that has positioned itself as attracting foreign investment. Saltillo has been nationally recognized for its extensive cultural and educational activities, thinking of the welfare of Saltillo and visitors traveling on the cycle path, participate in recreational route and enjoy the parks and many tourist attractions that you Saltillo offers.

The center also has several places where to go in Saltillo, as the most important architectural areas like the Santiago Cathedral, the Government Palace with murals Almaraz and Tarazona, the main square where you can see the facades of the institute Coahuilense culture, casino Saltillo, Juarez precinct house and Purcell among others.
